Louise inspires me to believe I can achieve my goals with the result that I am effective in following through with and achieve my aims. I started by looking, in great detail, at my needs, my values, my skills and what ‘I’ wanted ‘My’ life to be about. This was a revelation as I thought my values were pretty clear to me yet soon realised that I had never really re-examined or challenged them in any meaningful way.
By using a telephone appt. system I was able to find both the time easily and, during the consultation itself, completely focus on the job at hand. The result is that I have realised that I prefer a portfolio of work …furthermore, I have a regular exercise program and have knocked the self-medication of booze and drugs on the head completely. More importantly, I feel good with my newfound direction and am looking forward to having a worthwhile life experience. In the autumn of 2005 I had the privilege of having coaching sessions with Louise on a weekly basis. I feel that I have gained a lot from this and managed to achieve some of my set goals in a much faster and organised manner then I would have done normally. She helped me see things clearer and realise that the only hindrance ahead is me, nothing else.
I find that it can be difficult sometimes to find strategies and organise myself on how to move ahead and make changes, and end up trotting in the same spot for too long. Louise sessions really helped me to not find anymore excuses to why the changes should not happen now! I have been running my company for 3 years now and feel ready for some major changes and taking different directions.
