Hi, I’m Louise Yates and I own and operate Clear Perspectives.

My background includes 18 years of corporate experience within sales and senior HR positions and I am an accredited coach with Coaching and Mentoring International.

As a business owner myself I understand the tough challenges faced by business professionals in today's world. However, with a firm understanding of my own personal values, I enjoy a life which encompasses a busy and stimulating career as well as a fulfilling and relaxing life with my family and friends.

I am a strong advocate of a healthy work-life balance and recognise the need to eat well and keep in peak fitness to feel good and to give me the energy I want.
