Planning for the New Year
As we enter a New Year you may be wondering what 2012 will bring you or you may be thinking about what you can create in 2012. Making a conscious effort to decide what you want and how you will achieve it will help you to get what you want. But don’t just think about what you want to have…think also about who you want to be in 2012. Focus on being the best you can be and the rest will follow.
Below are some questions to help you think about who you want to be and what you want to aim for. Don’t worry if not all of the questions ‘work’ for you, focus on those that help you.
- What have you been most pleased with in 2011?
- What have you learned about yourself?
- Who are you at your very best?
- What would you like to build on in 2012?
2012 and beyond
- When you reach 31st December 2012 what do you want to feel good about?

- What is one thing you could do, that you are not doing now, that if you did it on a regular basis, would make a massive positive difference in your personal life?
- What is one thing you could do, that you are not doing now, that if you did it on a regular basis, would make a massive positive difference in your professional life?
- What do you need to be honest about and confront
- With yourself in your own heart and mind?
- With your partner or loved ones?
- With those you work closely with?
- Complete these:
- want to be more….
-
I want to be less…
- What is your secret dream?
- What is your career/ business vision?
