As a business owner myself I understand the tough challenges faced by business leaders in today's world. However, with a firm understanding of my own strengths and personal values, I enjoy a fulfilling life which encompasses a thriving business that is congruent with my values and a healthy and happy family and personal life.

My background includes over 20 years of corporate experience within sales and senior employee development roles where I worked directly with the leadership teams to help improve business performance. I am an accredited coach and mentor and over the last 6 years have worked extensively with entrepreneurs and leaders of small to medium-sized businesses to help them develop themselves and their businesses.
